Maid Of Honor

Maid of Honor

Kourtney

“Kourt is not only my baby sister, she’s my best friend. This lady’s been by my side since day one and people joke that we can read each other’s minds sometimes because we’re so in sync. You can expect that she’ll be the first one on the dance floor, and the last one to leave it!” -KF

“Katie isn’t just a cousin to me, she’s more like a sister. We share a love of travel and some of my favorite adventures are trips we’ve taken together. If you want to strike up a conversation with her, ask about the semester she spent in Italy or the time she went sky diving.” -KF

“My future sister-in-law and I met at a dinner Caleb brought me to without telling his family. Despite that shock we developed a close bond and I consider her one of my truest friends. Val has a reputation for being the life of the party, so be prepared for a fun night. ” -KF

Andrea

“Andrea and I met in Kindergarten and were best buds from the start. Growing up, if I wasn’t at her house, she was at mine. We reconnected after she moved home from Texas and I feel so blessed to have my closest childhood friend standing next to me on my big day.” -KF

Best Man

Brandon

“Brandon and I first met when I absolutely wrecked his 4th Halloween by having the audacity to be born. Despite that rough start he eventually came around to me and made it his mission to be the best role model and big brother that he could possibly be. I returned the favor by capitalizing on my status as the baby every chance I got. I loved serving as Brandon's best man and I am stoked to have him returning the favor for me in October.” -CS

Alex

“You would think that Alex and I would've met through Dominic considering they are cousins...you would be wrong. Alex and I met one fateful evening at KU that we refer to as "buddy night". We both worked and lived together for years, which gave us time to perfect the "nat-a-pault" (trust me just ask him). More recently Alex honored me by naming his cat after me (James, my middle name) since we both share a love for treats and getting into things we aren't supposed to. ” -CS

DERek

“Derek and I likely started our friendship as heated enemies due to our high school basketball teams being intense rivals. We reconnected on friendly terms at KU where we bonded over a shared interest in willfully ignoring our severe lactose intolerance. We have managed to come out of our numerous hijinks relatively unscathed and still can't believe that golf and home improvement have become the dominant subjects of conversation for us.” -CS

CHRIS

“Christopher and I met for the first time in college but it always felt as if we had known each other forever. Chris has always been the mature one of the group when we needed one but don't let his professional demeanor fool you... he is the life of the party in any setting and would love to perform his patented "chicken dance" for anyone at the reception. Chris also holds the distinction of best travel companion when visiting somewhere new because it is literally impossible to lose him in a crowd.” -CS

Dominic

“Dominic and I first met as wide eyed 8th graders and have been thick as thieves since. We have come a long way since the Oak Park Mall days and even though he viciously abandoned me to move to California I still consider him my closest friend. We have both been unofficially adopted by each others fathers and maintain standing invitations to any family affair. Dominic will be presiding over the ceremony and doing me the honor of marrying Kayla and I (with minimal deviations from the approved script).”
